Cathy,
I am always fit, fine, fresh and alive. How are you? You are welcome to piggyback on the utility insert. We would like to work with you to promote emergency preparedness with children. When would be a good time to meet you @ the library! Let's meet and plan (cook:)something together @ the library community.

Hello, Manisha. How are you?

I'm back early from my conference, and I understand from Denis that you want to promote emergency preparedness with children? It's my goal to increase this awareness as well, with children and adults alike, so let's work on something together.

As well, National Emergency Preparedness Week is May 3 - 9 this year, and I was hoping to send an insert with the next utility bill mailing, but understand you have this booked already. Nancy from City Hall suggested that you may be willing to let me piggyback on to your insert if it worked for you. Give me a call and we can discuss.

Thanks,

Practical portion of fire extinguisher training

Hi Manisha,

As discussed, you can provide me with dates that will work for your staff in reqards to the practical portion of fire extinguisher training. The practical portion will be conducted at the training ground located at 2400 Paterson Drive (Near the Patersonn Grain Elevator). I suggest we wait until the weather warms up before we conduct the training.

We will not charge for the training but you will be responsible for the cost of leasing the fire extinguishers from Fire and Safety Center. Corey can provide you with a price quote if you provide him with participant numbers.

Normally we deliver the theory and practical together. Therefore, I recommend a brief review of the theory prior to conducting the practical. Please keep a list of the people who have attended the theory portion today. We will not deliver practical training to anyone who has not participated in the theory.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.
